Thank you for choosing Binny’s Executive Transportation, operated by Binny’s Transport LLC. By booking or using our ground transportation services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before confirming a reservation.

Booking and Reservations

When you book transportation with Binny’s Executive Transportation, you enter into a binding agreement for the services requested. All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Advance booking notice requirements may vary based on vehicle type, service date, and demand. Minimum booking notice will be communicated at the time of reservation.

Pricing is based on the information provided at booking, including service type, duration, locations, and vehicle selection. Final pricing may change if trip details are modified or additional services are required. Payment methods and timing of charges will be disclosed during the booking process.

Cancellations and Changes

We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or modify a reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation timelines, applicable fees, and refund eligibility depend on the service type, vehicle reserved, and notice provided.

Cancellations made with insufficient notice may result in partial or full charges due to reserved vehicle time and staffing commitments. Any applicable cancellation terms will be communicated during booking confirmation.

To request changes to an existing reservation, contact us promptly. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, availability and pricing adjustments may apply.

Service Delivery

Binny’s Executive Transportation provides service throughout Columbus, Ohio, Franklin County, and surrounding areas. Airport transportation includes flight tracking for arrivals, and passengers will typically be met at baggage claim unless otherwise specified.

Chauffeur contact information will be provided prior to service. While we strive for punctual service, delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, mechanical issues, or other factors beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your understanding in such circumstances.

Additional Charges

Certain situations may result in charges beyond the original quote. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Extended service time beyond the reserved duration
  • Additional stops not included in the original booking
  • Waiting time beyond the included allowance
  • Parking fees, tolls, or event-related access fees
  • Cleaning fees for excessive mess or damage

A bodily fluid cleanup fee of $500 will be charged if required due to passenger actions. All additional charges will be reflected on the final invoice.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and follow all safety guidelines. Binny’s Executive Transportation reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to passengers engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles, which may result in repair or cleaning charges.

Personal belongings are the responsibility of the passenger. While we make reasonable efforts to return lost items, we are not liable for items left in vehicles.

Pets and Child Safety

Pets are generally not permitted in vehicles unless explicitly approved in advance. Unauthorized pets may result in service refusal or cleaning charges.

Child safety seats, including infant, toddler, or booster seats, may be available upon request. Availability, suitability, and any associated fees will be confirmed during booking.

Flight Delays and Airport Pickups

For airport arrivals, we track flights automatically and adjust pickup timing accordingly. If a flight is significantly delayed, diverted, or cancelled, passengers should contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.

Receipts and Billing

Receipts are provided after service completion and payment processing. If the amount charged differs from the original quote, this may be due to changes in service duration, additional stops, waiting time, cleaning fees, or other applicable charges.

Limitation of Liability

Binny’s Executive Transportation provides services with professionalism and care. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, cancellations, missed flights, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We operate in compliance with applicable Ohio transportation regulations and maintain appropriate commercial insurance.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from these terms or services provided shall be resolved in the courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.

By confirming a reservation with Binny’s Executive Transportation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Your booking confirmation serves as electronic acceptance of these terms.
